Clients fight to be present within a massage. Bring guided mindful meditation to your massage practice to let your clients mind and body unwind and release.

No matter how wonderful the massage, some clients are still preoccupied with the stresses of life. Unable to fully let go, they leave the massage appointment with lingering tension. Mindfulness is a tool that allows your client’s mind and body work together on the path of wellness. Whatever your massage practice focus, Mindful Meditation Massage approach provides clients the opportunity to enter a deep state of relaxation, enhancing your deep, therapeutic or relaxation massage practice. Feel how much easier it is to massage when your client’s mind allows their body to relax. The treatment itself is also calming and rejuvenating for the therapist.

Created by Seminars for Health, this unique and remarkable Mindful Meditation Massage course cannot be found anywhere else. Combine Yoga Nidra meditation into your full body massage; the benefits are equal to 4-5 hours of sleep. Included in this course price, you will receive two original 60-minute recordings: Grounding Meditation and Enlightening Meditation. These recordings integrate superbly with a professional massage. Be one of the first to offer this outstanding treatment in your practice.

Learn to conduct your massage in conjunction with guided meditation. I wanted to take Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage with Seminars for Health to become more confident in treating pregnant and postpartum women as my college didn’t touch on this at all. I honestly feel that a lot of therapist leave school scared and too nervous to treat pregnant and postpartum women. I actively avoided it. Janine does a great job of dispelling the misinformation that’s out there regarding pregnancy and massage. Her knowledge and experience is vast and fills you with confidence. She showed some great techniques and made sure everyone was super confident with the sidelying positioning, draping and bolstering. The booklet we used and took home is great and really useful. I’ve been taking it with me when I have a maternity or postpartum massage just for reference. It gives you all of the contraindications and cautions to watch out for broken down into trimester as well as safe positioning and techniques to use for each trimester. All in all I feel 100 times more confident since taking the course and I feel like clients feel more cofident in you when you know the right questions to ask and understand the issues facing pregnant and postpartum women. I would highly recommend this course to all therapists! Pregnant women aren’t scary and they need massage and support more than anyone.
